This Is Blocking Your Next Level in God

Do you want to receive more of what Jesus paid for on the cross? In this Bible study, we break down how to step into the abundant life Jesus promised, why many believers stop at a certain level, and how servanthood, sowing, and sanctification unlock greater levels of spiritual and natural increase.

Do you want more of what Jesus paid for on the cross?

Not just salvation. But more life. More power. More joy. More expression of God through your life. Jesus didn’t come just to give us life. He came to give us an abundant life.

📖 John 10:10

“The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.”

That means there is always more in God. The problem is that God is not holding us back. The problem is that we often stop at a level. We settle. We get comfortable, and we stop pressing into the next level. Limits are placed in our lives by us, not by God and we to get that through our minds.

What Is Blocking You?

Many believers reach a level of comfort and then stay there. They play it safe. They avoid standing out and they think that staying small is a mark of humility and holiness. But that kind of thinking quietly blocks our increase.

Some Christians are also afraid to lose what they have because they think that where they are is the limit of where they can go. They think they have worked so hard for what they have, and to put it at risk for the chance of more is not a good move. Now we have to use wisdom for individual circumstances, but most are just frozen still because of the spirit of fear, not the spirit wisdom.

Others care too much about what people think. So instead of stepping forward, they stay hidden. But God never called us to hide. He called us to reveal Him to the world and this can only happen through us. When we stand out, God is the one who is actually standing out and he cannot get Glory until we understand this.

God’s Way vs The World’s Way

The world teaches you to chase things. God teaches you to seek Him first—and let things come to you.

📖 Matthew 6:33

But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

The world chases. The Kingdom attracts. But this only works if we operate through God’s way. God’s ways are not always easy. It is narrow. It requires faith. It requires change. But it will produce far greater results without the sorrow that the world experiences. This is the Kingdom difference.

📖 Proverbs 10:22

The blessing of the Lord makes one rich,
And He adds no sorrow with it.

The Key: Servanthood

One of the main Kingdom pathways to receiving more of what Jesus paid for on the cross is servanthood. Not serving as a servant. But serving as a son. The world tells us to: “Chase our dreams.” God tells us to: “Lay down our dreams and build his.” This is where most people stop. Because servanthood requires dying to self. But this is also where transformation begins.

The Power of Soil

Servanthood is not just about what you do. It is about who you are connected to. You are the seed. But the soil determines the outcome. Good soil will always produce spiritual fruit & natural fruit. Both must be present and they are not independent of each other. Because where you sow yourself will shape who you become. Serving as a slave brings us down, but serving as a son lifts us up through the resurrection power of Christ.

Sanctification Produces “More”

When you walk this path, something begins to happen to you. You begin to change, and old patterns begin to die. New life in you is formed, and that new life carries a renewed mind of Christ operating to produce another level of living.

📖 Luke 5:37–38

And no one puts new wine into old wineskins; or else the new wine will burst the wineskins and be spilled, and the wineskins will be ruined. But new wine must be put into new wineskins, and both are preserved.

This is sanctification. And through this process: You stop chasing things… And things begin to chase after you.

📖 Matthew 6:33

But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

The “more” is not earned. It is received through our inheritance in Christ.

Sowing Unlocks Everything

At the centre of this walk is sowing. Sowing is the master grace that unlocks all other graces. Why? Because it engages in the resurrection power and that is what distinguishes a Christians from someone else.

📖 John 12:24

Most assuredly, I say to you, unless a grain of wheat falls into the ground and dies, it remains alone; but if it dies, it produces much grain.

Before there is an increase, there must always be death first. Before there is a multiplication, there must be a surrender of self as a seed. And this begins in a very practical place: Finances. Finances is the elementary spiritual tool to enter into the supernatural.

📖 Luke 16:10

He who is faithful in what is least is faithful also in much; and he who is unjust in what is least is unjust also in much.

When you are faithful in what is least, you unlock what is much. Finance is the least in the Kingdom, meaning it is the entrance, the start. Until you get the money issue sorted in your life in how it relates to God, you will be stuck at a limited level. The spirit of mammon is a very powerful spirit, and it must be subdued before God can trust you with more. This is why sowing is the master key to unlock other graces because the spirit of mammon can only be defeated through the sowing grace. Not by prayer, fasting, memorizing the Word and etc.

This Is How You Receive More

When you let go of your own ways and serve through God’s way, sow into the right soil & walk through sanctification. You begin to step more into what Jesus already paid for. Not partially. But fully. You begin to live above, not beneath, in overflow & without sorrow.

📖 Deuteronomy 28:13

And the Lord will make you the head and not the tail; you shall be above only, and not be beneath, if you heed the commandments of the Lord your God, which I command you today, and are careful to observe them.
